Sweet Oak Collaborative

Sweet Oak Collaborative strives to to identify unmet needs through collaboration and partnerships that empower low and no-income families. Our goal is to AMPLIFY the good work done by nonprofits and agencies, and to fill in gaps of service. We believe these efforts will build stronger, more resilient communities.

Nonprofits, churches, and agencies have limits on their capacity and what they can do. Often collaborating with these organizations, Sweet Oak steps in to provide more comprehensive and life-changing help--filling in gaps of service. Sweet Oak is funded by donations and is volunteer-staffed.
