At Matriark Village, we're working on projects that make a real difference. Our Common Roots Food Forest brings native and adapted, food-bearing plants into public spaces where families who struggle with food stability can access them. We also show people how to care for, harvest, and enjoy these "wild" foods.

Through the UMBRA Initiative (Upward Mobility Boosts in Rural Areas), we're helping young people gain the skills and preparation they need to step into professional environmental careers.
