I was not aware of how many kids in Bryan/College Station grow up sleeping on the floor or a couch until I saw it first-hand - there are thousands!  Like the other necessities of life, kids need good quality sleep while they are developing if they are to thrive at school and in life.  Since they usually have no control over their situation, I think this is a good place for the rest of us to step in and help.   For $200, you can give a kid a complete bed that will last.  For $40, you can provide sheets, blankets, and a pillow.   This is a problem we can and are making go away.

We usually can't make a huge impact on the problems of this world, but one thing we can do is take care of the children in our own neighborhoods.  It was important to Jesus (Matt 25:31-46), so it is important to me.  Please join me in helping to give a child a better start!
