Treehouse Student Organization is a place of comfort, safety and respect for Texas A&M students. A ministry of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America (ELCA), the pastor and local supporting churches provide opportunities for connection, including: - weekly worship with communion - service & fellowship opportunities - free dinners each week - daily study hall and food offerings during finals preparation - spiritual guidance in a one-on-one setting with the campus minister What sets this ministry apart? It is an open and accepting place to Love People and Love God. Because we are united in God, we strive to address the ways that racism, sexism, classism and other forms of injustice limit participation in some student organizations. We receive it as a gift and embrace it, rather than treating it as a threat or a problem to be solved (1 Corinthians 12:12-13).
