I love SHP because of their tireless efforts to get kids off the floor in Bryan and College Station. As a teacher, I've seen so many things that we can't change about kids' lives that I wish we could- but SHP is making a huge difference in the health and happiness of students in our area! $200 gets the materials for us to build the bed, as well as the mattress and bedding, so that a child can have a good night's sleep.

All children deserve a safe, comfortable place to lay their heads. In Brazos county and across the U.S., too many boys and girls go without a bed-or even a pillow-to sleep on. These children end up sleeping on couches, chairs, and even floors. This can affect their physical, mental, and emotional health. That's where Sleep in Heavenly Peace comes in. We're a group of volunteers dedicated to building, assembling and delivering top-notch bunk beds to children and families in need.
