Joyride Fund

Founded in 2024, JoyRide is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that funds cycling in the Brazos Valley. We pay for trail building and maintenance, youth cycling, and better bike infrastructure — so the volunteers doing the work don't have to fundraise too.

We think that Bryan/College Station is a great community and is primed to be an exceptional cycling community. We have been fortunate to live and cycle in some world class locations and want to bring the best of those places to the Brazos Valley.

Our fundraising goal for 2026-2027 is $8500 which will cover:

2 student mountain bike team fees 

2 bike racks for Bryan/College Station

5 toolkits for volunteer trail maintenance workers

2 advanced toolkits for volunteer trail maintenance workers

3 large/hazardous tree removal by professional tree service

Stretch goals

$20,000 for a used mini skid steer for trail maintenance

$10,000 for a Kei truck for trail maintenance
