Legacy Consultant & Leadership Development

Legacy Consultant & Leadership Development (Legacy CLD) exists because a young person's future—and a family's opportunity to thrive—should not be determined by their ZIP code, household income, or access to resources. Our mission is to empower underserved youth, families, and communities by creating pathways to leadership, education, workforce readiness, financial stability, and healthier decision-making. We help individuals recognize their potential, strengthen the skills needed to pursue meaningful opportunities, and gain practical tools that can change the trajectory of their lives and families.

At the heart of Legacy CLD's work is a commitment to bridge the gap between what young people learn and the opportunities they have to put that knowledge into action. We create real-world experiences that move learning beyond the classroom—giving youth opportunities to lead, solve problems, make decisions, serve their communities, explore possibilities, and develop the confidence to see themselves succeeding in spaces they may not have previously imagined. By engaging families and building strong community partnerships around that work, Legacy CLD helps turn knowledge into opportunity, opportunity into action, and action into lasting change for individuals, families, and communities.

Working with young people has always been more than a career for me—it is truly my passion. Although I have retired from education, my commitment to helping youth grow, lead, and build brighter futures continues through Legacy Consultant & Leadership Development. To continue this important work, we need the support of our community. Please consider making a donation to help us empower young people, strengthen our community, and leave a lasting legacy. Every gift, no matter the size, makes a difference. 💙💛
