Methodist Children's Home

A nonprofit organization

The mission of Methodist Children's Home is to equip children, youth and families to flourish by offering hope through Christ-centered relationships, services and support.

Founded in 1890, MCH is a nationally accredited, nonprofit childcare ministry serving Texas and New Mexico. Originally founded as an orphanage, today, MCH serves children and youth through residential programs on the Waco campus and Boys Ranch, and through foster care, transition services and a variety of services in communities throughout Texas and New Mexico.

MCH Family Outreach serving the Bryan/College Station communities offers family preservation services through its community services program. Services are designed to help meet the needs of families with one or more children between the ages of 0 to 17. Whether it is illness, conflict, school difficulties, or parenting challenges, families facing these situations can turn to the professional caring staff at MCH Family Outreach in Bryan/College Station.

The primary goal of MCH Family Outreach is to strengthen families to help them provide a safe, stable and healthy family environment. We believe families are the strength of our communities and the natural place to help children develop to their fullest potential. We want to partner with families to build safe and healthy children and communities.
