The mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Brazos Valley is to provide children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported, one-to-one mentoring relationships that change their lives for the better, forever. Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Brazos Valley's vision is that all children achieve success in life.

By participating in our programs, Little Brothers and Sisters are:
- More confident in their schoolwork performance and twice as likely to enroll in higher education
- Able to build stronger interpersonal relationships and twice as likely to assume leadership roles in clubs and organizations
- Less likely to begin using illegal drugs
- Less likely to begin using alcohol
- Less likely to skip school

We develop positive relationships that have a direct and lasting effect on the lives of young people who live in Bryan and College Station.
