Chosen exists to ensure that no one goes without the wellness, dignity, and support they need to thrive.

We believe no one should have to suffer alone—or face barriers to wellness simply because they lack the resources they need.

Through the collection, refurbishment, and distribution of durable medical equipment and supplies, Chosen fills gaps in care for our neighbors at no cost. Wheelchairs, walkers, shower chairs, incontinence supplies, and other essentials can help people move forward with greater independence and dignity.

But Chosen is about more than equipment.

Through compassionate care, community partnerships, mission trips, and Christ-centered service at home and abroad, we restore hope and relieve suffering. We believe every person is God’s handiwork—Made for More—and every act of service can become an invitation to experience the love of Jesus.

At 90 and 80, Mr. and Mrs. H came to Chosen needing walkers. They left with the mobility they needed to safely get out and about again.

After recovering from a serious fall, Mr. S returned his no-longer-needed equipment so it could help someone else. Chosen had a wheelchair and other supplies when he needed them. 

"Now I will never get her out of the shower!"

A shower chair gave Ms. W's mother greater independence - and gave their family a moment of joy.

Chosen made an overwhelming transition "with a little more relief and ease."

After a stroke left Ms. M with limited mobility, her family needed a hospital bed, mattress, walker, tub transfer bench, bedside commode and bed pads to bring her home. Chosen had everything they needed.

When Ms. A called on behalf of her father, they needed a transport wheelchair for his 86th birthday celebration. The was planning a trip together, and Chosen helped make it possible.

These aren't just wheelchairs, shower chairs, walker and other equipment. They're birthdays, family gatherings, independence, dignity and the ability to do things we often take for granted.
