Our nonprofit organization is on a mission to advocate for the use and reuse of durable medical equipment in our community by taking small steps towards big change. By empowering community partnerships and individuals through the provision of healthcare items and community projects, we hope to inspire overall wellness, rehabilitation, and mobility. Chosen seeks to fill resource gaps to help ensure that no one is turned away.

Chosen serves "the one" - anyone who needs medical equipment and supplies but does not have (immediate) access to it. We collect, refurbish and provide new/gently used durable medical equipment and supplies to our neighbors at no cost (Yes, completely free!)

No eligibility checks or hoops to jump through because we believe everyone is God's handiwork and MADE FOR MORE!
