We provide award-winning hospice service, helping patients and their families navigate the end-of-life journey through Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence. Community support from you provides expert comfort and grief support to thousands of central Texas families.

Hospice Brazos Valley is the only non-profit hospice serving the Brazos Valley. Founded in 1989, we have the longest history of providing exceptional life affirming hospice care in our service area. Many refer to us as "the gold standard" in hospice care for consistently exceeding national benchmarks. The non profit difference means that patients, not profits, guide the comprehensive care each patient and family receive. Our bereavement professionals lead a variety of grief support groups and programs. Thanks to generous community support, all grief support groups and programs are offered at no cost and maintain an open invitation to anyone in the communities we serve. Community support also allows Hospice Brazos Valley to provide award-winning hospice care to all regardless of ability to pay.
