About this Organization
Oakwell Academy is an accredited private Classical Christian University-Model® school in College Station, Texas. Rooted in the Classical tradition, Oakwell trains students through the proven Trivium-Grammar, Logic, and Rhetoric-cultivating wisdom, eloquence, and virtue. Our mission is to disciple students to become college-ready followers of Christ who think critically, communicate with clarity, and live faithfully.
Students attend classes with professional teachers on campus 2-3 days a week and complete assigned work at home under their parents' guidance the other days, creating a rhythm that strengthens both academic excellence and family discipleship. As part of the NAUMS, Inc. network, Oakwell follows the University-Model® which is a a cost-effective, college-prep framework that blends the strengths of private Christian schooling with intentional family involvement.
