Critical repairs may include but are not limited to replacing unsafe floors, replacing rotten fascia boards, repairing or replacing siding, repairing drywall, exterior door repair or replacement, window replacement, fixing a leaking roof, and more. Some average 2026 repair costs include:

Replacement Window, $525.00 each

Exterior Door Repair, $250.00 each

One Gallon of Paint, typically costs $20.00 to $80.00 each
