The HealthPoint Foundation was established to strengthen and support HealthPoint by helping bridge critical funding gaps. Through the generosity of donors and community partners, the HealthPoint Foundation invests in programs, services, resources, and the dedicated team members who make compassionate, high-quality care possible.

HealthPoint serves individuals and families across the Greater Brazos Valley through eleven clinics in eight counties. Its comprehensive services include family medicine, women’s and maternal health, pediatrics, senior care, pharmacy, dental services, behavioral health, and care coordination.
