From Homeless to Happily Ever After

In 2013, I walked into Aggieland Humane Society hoping to find a sister for my dog. I walked out with a new family member and a connection that would eventually change the course of my life.

Six years later, I had the opportunity to join the AgHS staff. Since then, I’ve had the incredible honor of helping thousands of pets receive the same kind of second chance that brought so much love into my own life.

I’ve seen frightened pets learn to trust, injured pets heal, lost pets reunite with their families, and shelter pets finally leave for homes of their own.

As a lifelong pet lover, AgHS adopter, staff member, and supporter of local causes, this work is deeply personal to me. Every gift provides safe shelter, lifesaving medical care, nourishing food, and hope for a pet with nowhere else to turn.
